I started going here when I actually lived in the area. This place, though pricier, is totally penny. I have found my regular eyebrow waxer, her name is Marianna, she is absolutely perfect. She is gentle and never rushes through. She asks questions and is honest about what your eyebrows are capable of. I appreciate honesty about scruples about what I want and what I can have.
I have had a few artistic Brazilians and they have been as close to pleasant as they can be when someone is pouring hot wax on your lady parts, and then ripping it off. Regardless, I don't keep up on the waxing down below.
Oh, and bonus, after 10 waxes, the 11th is free! Total surprise and completely awesome. Bring cash as you can not tip on your card, which is standard for a lot of salons

I've been going to The Waxing Room for a little over 2 years now and really love this place. I wanted to try bikini waxing a few years back and am so happy I started here. If I had had a bad experience somewhere it would have totally turned me off. I figured I'd go to a place that specializes in only waxing. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. I've gone to many of it's waxers at one point or another, bit I adored Lynda because she was friendly and fun to talk with making the experience much easier. When you are getting your nether regions waxed you want to feel comfortable. Lynda is not longer there, but Cheryl Ann is also really good. I've tried both bikini and Brazilian waxing as well as eyebrow and lip wax and have been very satisfied with each service. I've never had a bad experience here and suggest this place to all of my friends.
They do accept credit cards, but tips need to be left in cash. I also usually make an appointment, but haven't had much issue getting a last minute appointment.

I first walked in at the waxing room because I was in desperate need to get my eyebrows done. I got set-up with Ana right away. I just loved it... it was the least painfull eyebrown job l have ever had. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I decided to go back for a brazilian... I asked for Ana again... it was awesome!! I am so glad I have found this place... it is really close to where I live... Two thumbs up!
